Job Title: Customer Service Representative
WobbleWorks/3Doodler is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service Team. The ideal candidate is empathetic, solution-focused, and comfortable supporting products across brands, offering technical support to a diverse customer base, including parents, grandparents, educators, and creators. This role will require a deep understanding of WobblewoWorks' product lines and will need to work closely with cross-functional teams, often acting as the voice of the customer.

What you’ll do in this role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will ensure every interaction reflects the WobbleWorks’/3Doodler’s commitment to creativity, quality, and customer satisfaction. By listening carefully and following up when needed, you’ll help create positive experiences that build trust and long-term loyalty. You will seek out opportunities to improve customer experience and support processes and work with the appropriate team leaders to develop and manage solutions. Day-to-day, responsibilities will include:
Respond to customer inquiries.
Maintain up-to-date product and consumer knowledge
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration

This is planned as a remote US-based role. US hires must be based in any of the following states: GA, IL, IN, KS, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, VA, WI. The ideal candidate is based in EST or CST.
The salary range for this role starts at US$35,000-US$38,000 and is based on experience and location. In addition, we offer comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, a 401k matching program, paid vacation & sick days, holiday time off, and employee discounts.
