Job Summary
The Customer Care Associate is a key support role that keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with Advertising Directors, Multimedia Account Managers, Editorial Staff, and our Creative Design and Production teams to help bring marketing solutions to life for local businesses. This is a full-time position with remote flexibility within the FCC footprint of North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.

Expected compensation for this role is between $19 and $21/hour, based on qualifications and experience.
