As an AI Publishing Workflow Assistant, you’ll follow a fully mapped-out system that allows you to create and launch nonfiction Kindle books — without needing to write, market, or promote.The entire role is structured around using AI-assisted tools to produce helpful nonfiction eBooks. You’ll follow a plug-and-play system for researching topics, generating content, formatting manuscripts, and uploading listings — all while building a personal portfolio of royalty-earning books.This is not ghostwriting. Not freelancing. Not a client-service role. This is a self-driven remote position where every book you publish becomes your own digital product. Amazon sells it. You collect the royalties.Job ResponsibilitiesThis role is divided into five workflow stages. You’ll receive full access to the system and support tools for each phase.
Stage 1: Strategic Topic Discovery
You’ll start by identifying Kindle niches with high demand and low competition using preloaded research tools.Your focus will be on:- Evaluating Amazon Best Seller Rank (BSR) across multiple categories
- Analyzing keyword volumes using a built-in spreadsheet dashboard
- Pinpointing trending nonfiction angles in areas like:
- Remote work and time management
- Personal budgeting
- Wellness and habit-building
- Mental clarity and journaling
- Simplicity and productivity guides
Stage 2: AI-Powered Content Generation
Rather than write the books yourself, you’ll use AI tools to generate the core content. These tools respond to prompts — prompts that you’ll customize using provided frameworks.You’ll learn how to:- Structure your book using prewritten outline templates
- Input prompts into ChatGPT (or similar tools) for each chapter
- Organize the AI-generated output into logical flows
- Edit lightly for consistency, tone, and readability
- Insert bonus content like key takeaways, reflection sections, or worksheets
Stage 3: Kindle Formatting
Once the content is complete, you’ll format it using predesigned Kindle templates in Google Docs or Microsoft Word.Formatting steps include:- Applying correct headers and section formatting
- Inserting front and back matter (disclaimer, author bio, notes)
- Creating a fully clickable Table of Contents
- Previewing the layout in Amazon’s preview tool to ensure clean delivery
Stage 4: Publishing the Book on Amazon
Next, you’ll upload the final product using Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP). Your task will be to create a sales-ready product listing that ranks and converts.This step includes:- Creating a keyword-optimized title and subtitle
- Writing a product description using swipe copy templates
- Assigning backend keywords and choosing Amazon categories
- Uploading your cover and manuscript
- Setting global availability, pricing tiers, and royalty preferences
Stage 5: Post-Launch Royalty Management and Portfolio Growth
